1. To elucidate the functions and regulation of novel pathological factors of cancer and stem cell disease through;
(1) To identify novel therapeutic targets to attenuate the sequelae of cancer and stem cell disease through multidisciplinary
approach employing novel genetically engineered mouse models (GEMM) of cancer- and stemness–regulatory factor and long
non-coding RNAs and metabolism-integrated physiologic approaches.
(2) Defining the roles of facotr in metabolic reprogramming of cancer cells.
(3) Corroborating the implication of non-coding RNA-mediated regulation of epigenetics in stem cell biology using new technologies
to analyze a single cell.
